At Orchards of Minnetonka, we offer Ebenezer’s trademarked Dimensions Dementia Care Program to residents living within our controlled-access Memory Care neighborhood. This program empowers our staff to provide exceptional and compassionate care based on current best practices. Our on-site Dimensions Manager oversees the multi-faceted program in making sure all signatures within the program are happening.

That Dimensions Manager is Stephanie Champ and she’d like to introduce herself:

Hello Orchards of Minnetonka Families, Friends and Residents!

Although I know most of you, I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself.  My name is Stephanie Champ, and I am the new Dimensions Manager. This is a new role within the Ebenezer organization, and I am excited to be the first in this position at Orchards of Minnetonka.

My job is to oversee the Dimensions Program within our Memory Care Neighborhood, making sure your loved ones are exceptionally well cared for, comfortable in their homes, and enjoying their best lives.  I am here as a resource for you as well; if you have questions or concerns, need information, education, support, or just an ear to listen, please don’t hesitate to contact me.  Beginning in March, we will be scheduling Family Nights once a month.  This will be an opportunity for you to connect with other Dimensions families, share information about your experiences, and have a good time together.

Our Dimensions Neighborhood is full of incredible individuals who have all touched my heart.  As a Resident Assistant and Activities Assistant, I had the opportunity to get to know them and enjoy their unique spirits.  As the new Dimensions Manager, I intend to work hard to ensure their continued comfort and happiness.  Thank you for sharing them with me.

Sincerely,

Stephanie
