Fairview offers on-site services for better health! Fairview is a nonprofit organization, here for every healthcare need and every Minnesotan. Fairview Home Care nurses, physical therapists, occupational, social workers and speech therapists are available at Orchards of Minnetonka to provide baseline assessments that can be billed through Medicare and other insurance plans.
