FAIRVIEW ON-SITE SERVICES
Fairview offers on-site services for better health! Fairview Home Care nurses, physical therapists, occupational, social workers and speech therapists are available at Orchards of Minnetonka to provide baseline assessments that can be billed through Medicare and other insurance plans.

Meet Our Team
Kylie Larson | Executive Director
Kylie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and majored in Health Care Administration. She is licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator and Assisted Living Director. Prior to joining the Ebenezer team at Orchards of Minnetonka, Kylie has served in a leadership position for the last 5 years in senior care. She has a caring personality and enthusiasm for exceeding expectations, quality outcomes, and employee development. Kylie is excited to be part of a team that is truly dedicated to providing excellent care and services for the residents that call this beautiful new community home.
Lisa Lee | Outreach and Sales Director
Lisa’s passion for seniors began while working at Odd Fellows Nursing Home in Northfield in High School. She achieved her BS at UW River Falls and has enjoyed a rewarding career in sales, most recently with a Senior Living focus over the last 7 years. Lisa loves animals (she has a horse, 2 dogs, a cat and veiled chameleon). Her goal is to build lasting relationships with our residents, their families, and team members.
Debbie Egan | Director of Health Services
Debbie recently moved to the Minneapolis area from Portland Oregon. She is loving the wonderful lakes and being closer to her two sons and is hopeful grandkids will follow soon!! She has been a nurse for over 30 years! The last half of her career comprised mostly of leadership positions. She loves what she does and cannot image anything else. She recently adopted a kitten for the first time in her life named Cerwyn and is now officially a cat lady! Debbie loves getting outdoors, good books, and new experiences. Faith is an important part of her life and keeps her humbled and grounded. She believes that all people have worth and deserve respect, dignity, and compassion. She sees her position as a facilitator to promote those attributes to all, both residents and staff.
Dan Geltz | Culinary Director
Dan loves food because it brings people and families together. Dan attended the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and has had the privilege of working with some of the best chefs in the state over his career and loves to teach and learn from them. He appreciates getting to know each resident and learn about their families’ food traditions!
Ross Keveles | Activity Director
Ross obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree at University of Wisconsin Stout in Menomonie, Wisconsin. His degree is in Vocational Rehabilitation with Certification in Community Based Resources. Ross has been working with persons with disabilities for over 20 years in roles such as County Case Manager, Designated Manager and Service Coordinator, including roles such as job development and retention, recreational rehabilitation as well as Independent Living Specialist. He enriches the community here at Orchards of Minnetonka.
Sarah Gerten | Resident Services Coordinator
Sarah graduated from the University of Northwestern St. Paul with a degree in Spanish and a minor in youth and family ministry. She worked at Camp J.I.M. for several years before moving back to the Twin Cities where she began working with seniors. Her passion in life and in her work is to make a positive impact on the lives of others. She loves connecting with people and helping them however she can. She loves dogs (golden doodles are her favorite!), reading, and spending time with family and friends. She has two older twin brothers, two sisters-in-law, and 5 adorable nieces and nephews!
