FAIRVIEW ON-SITE SERVICES

Fairview offers on-site services for better health! Fairview Home Care nurses, physical therapists, occupational, social workers and speech therapists are available at Orchards of Minnetonka to provide baseline assessments that can be billed through Medicare and other insurance plans.

MEET KYLIE

Kylie Larson | Executive Director

Kylie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and majored in Health Care Administration. She is licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator and Assisted Living Director. Prior to joining the Ebenezer team at Orchards of Minnetonka, Kylie has served in a leadership position for the last 5 years in senior care. She has a caring personality and enthusiasm for exceeding expectations, quality outcomes, and employee development. Kylie is excited to be part of a team that is truly dedicated to providing excellent care and services for the residents that call this beautiful new community home.

Chris Deibele | Outreach and Sales Director

MEET SUZIE

Suzanne Koosman | Director of Health Services

Suzie has been working with seniors for a majority of her nursing career and graduated nursing school through Ridgewater College in Hutchinson, MN. Suzie has worked in Nursing Management with seniors for the past 10 years. She has a passion for efficiency and quality in her work and caring for seniors. Suzie has been married to her husband for 11 years and has a daughter and a son that are growing at a rapid rate. She hopes to spend as much time as possible with them and her husband during these fast-paced years. Suzie enjoys camping and time with her family and friends, playing games, coaching and watching different sporting events, reading a good book, listening to all sorts of music and trying new things. Faith is an important part of her life and keeps her reminded of treating all with dignity and respect. Her goal is to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and team members and make The Orchards of Minnetonka a second home away from home.

MEET DAN

Dan Geltz | Culinary Director

Dan loves food because it brings people and families together. Dan attended the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and has had the privilege of working with some of the best chefs in the state over his career and loves to teach and learn from them. He appreciates getting to know each resident and learn about their families’ food traditions!

MEET ROSS

Ross Keveles | Activity Director

Ross obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree at University of Wisconsin Stout in Menomonie, Wisconsin. His degree is in Vocational Rehabilitation with Certification in Community Based Resources. Ross has been working with persons with disabilities for over 20 years in roles such as County Case Manager, Designated Manager and Service Coordinator, including roles such as job development and retention, recreational rehabilitation as well as Independent Living Specialist. He enriches the community here at Orchards of Minnetonka.

MEET SARAH

Sarah Gerten | Resident Services Coordinator

Sarah graduated from the University of Northwestern St. Paul with a degree in Spanish and a minor in youth and family ministry. She worked at Camp J.I.M. for several years before moving back to the Twin Cities where she began working with seniors. Her passion in life and in her work is to make a positive impact on the lives of others. She loves connecting with people and helping them however she can. She loves dogs (golden doodles are her favorite!), reading, and spending time with family and friends. She has two older twin brothers, two sisters-in-law, and 5 adorable nieces and nephews!

MEET BARBARA

Barbara Short | Dimensions Manager

Previously, I was a Life Enrichment (Activities) Director at a large not-for-profit facility in Northeast. My original training and work experience was in elementary teaching and teacher training at the college level. As I walked with my mother on her Alzheimer’s journey for the last 10 years, I was profoundly influenced by the path we took together and the spiritual impact it made on me. When I worked at York Gardens in activities, I also witnessed how other families supported their loved ones. At that point, I decided to make dementia care my life’s work.of Minnetonka.

MEET GORDON

Gordon Klema | Environmental Services Director

Gordon studied Business Administration, Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering at University of Wisconsin-Parkside (Kenosha) and Milwaukee School of Engineering. He started out with a long courier in Manufacturing. Later in life he ran a Lawn Care, Landscape and remodeling business. This is were he learned his desire to work with senior citizens. The mean age of his customer base was around 80 plus years old. He then sold his business and moved into maintaining senior living facilities where he enjoys working with residents, their families and team members.
