FAIRVIEW ON-SITE SERVICES

Fairview offers on-site services for better health! Fairview Home Care nurses, physical therapists, occupational, social workers and speech therapists are available at Orchards of Minnetonka to provide baseline assessments that can be billed through Medicare and other insurance plans.

MEET KYLIE!

Kylie Larson | Executive Director

Kylie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and majored in Health Care Administration. She is licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator and Assisted Living Director. Prior to joining the Ebenezer team at Orchards of Minnetonka, Kylie has served in a leadership position for the last 5 years in senior care. She has a caring personality and enthusiasm for exceeding expectations, quality outcomes, and employee development. Kylie is excited to be part of a team that is truly dedicated to providing excellent care and services for the residents that call this beautiful new community home.

MEET MELISSA!

Melissa Anderson | Director of Health Services, RN

Melissa obtained her Associate Degree in Nursing from St. Catherine University & completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Bemidji State University. She is a strong advocate for patient care and their rights; her compassion drives her to become more involved in the emotional and spiritual aspects of overall wellness. She enjoys working with elders and she gains wisdom and knowledge from their life experiences. She enjoys building long lasting and trusting relationships with residents and their families.

MEET LISA!

Lisa Lee | Outreach and Sales Director

Lisa’s passion for seniors began while working at Odd Fellows in Northfield in High School. She achieved her BS at UW River Falls and has enjoyed a rewarding career in sales, most recently with a Senior Living focus over the last 5 years. Lisa loves animals (she has 2 horses, 2 dogs, cat and veiled chameleon) and teaches painting classes. She desires to build top notch relationships with our residents, their families, and team members.

MEET AMBREA!

Ambrea Vadis | Resident Services Coordinator

Ambrea graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN with a degree in Global Studies and Communication Studies. She spent two years working in a care facility in Rochester, MN before moving up to the cities to help open Orchards of Minnetonka. Ambrea enjoys working in this field because her passion is helping people. Ambrea enjoys her experiences in the community and taking part in developing its culture!

MEET MELISSA!

Melissa Zentz | Dimensions Manager

Melissa started her career in the theater industry as a Stage Manager, several years ago she made the transition into senior living and never looked back! Creativity, connectedness, and dementia care are important to her, as a community we can grow and support one another through the aging journey. Life is full of opportunities to continue learning and Melissa enjoys bringing those opportunities to both residents and staff.

MEET ROSS!

Ross Keveles | Activity Director

Ross obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree at University of Wisconsin Stout in Menomonie, Wisconsin. His degree is in Vocational Rehabilitation with Certification in Community Based Resources. Ross has been working with persons with disabilities for over 20 years in roles such as County Case Manager, Designated Manager and Service Coordinator, including roles such as job development and retention, recreational rehabilitation as well as Independent Living Specialist. He enriches the community here at Orchards of Minnetonka.

MEET JACKSON!

Jackson Sullivan | Environmental Services Director

Jackson is in charge of Maintenance, housekeeping and all environmental services. He recently graduated from Bemidji State University in Applied Engineering, but Jackson has been fixing things since he was in elementary school. He likes cultivating the community at Orchards, learning from it, getting to know it, and helping everyone enjoy life.

MEET DAN!

Dan Geltz | Culinary Director

Dan loves food because it brings people and families together. Dan attended the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and has had the privilege of working with some of the best chefs in the state over his career and loves to teach and learn from them. He appreciates getting to know each resident and learn about their families’ food traditions!
