At Orchards of Minnetonka, we deeply value the individual and collective safety of our residents, therefore we offer a wide range of safety services and amenities. Our facilities are designed with seniors’ needs as the primary priority including wide hallways with handrails, two elevators, wide and accessible walking paths, pull cords in bathrooms (upon request), handrails in showers, and emergency alerts in rooms. Our staff is available 24/7 and offers daily check-ins and we offer 8 am-8 pm concierge coverage.
Orchards of Minnetonka offers on-site primary medical care by geriatric physicians and nurse practitioners. The Provider Team visits monthly with the goal of improving health, decreasing the severity of medical issues and reducing ER and hospital admissions. Monthly visits allow the providers to be proactive about care and to pick up on potential health issues before they worsen. After consulting with the nursing staff, visits occur in the comfort of your apartment home.
